Program Description

The North American Small Business International Trade Educators (NASBITE) Certified Global Business Professional program certifies that a candidate is competent in four primary areas or domains: Global Business Management, Global Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Trade Finance.

Within each of these four areas, five "threads" or topics are covered:

• Documentation
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance
• Intercultural Awareness
• Technology
• Resources

Tasks and knowledge statements based on these areas and threads are tested through the CGBP exam.

This suite of courses provides an overview of essential skills for conducting international business. Each course contains a 25-question practice exam and tips and documentation to help prepare for the exam.

Upon completing all courses in this certificate program, a Certificate of Completion can be downloaded and printed.

Notes

This program is designed for adult learners interested in preparing to take the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional exam. It is helpful for learners to have some knowledge of international trade management. The course includes an "Ask the Expert" feature, which submits questions directly to an expert in the field. Questions are answered as quickly as possible and usually within 24 hours.

Learners must achieve an average test score of at least 70% to meet the minimum successful completion requirement and qualify to receive IACET CEU credit. Learners will have three attempts at all graded assessments.
