A refund may be requested up to 5 days from the purchase date. The registration fee will only be refunded if less than 10% of the course has been completed. Completion percentage can be viewed on the Course Progress page from within the course.

Notes

Successful completion means completing all assignments in the course and scoring a minimum of 70% on the course self-assessment. To take advantage of the guaranteed exam passing promise, learners must pass the Practice Exam #2 with a minimum score of 70% and must also take the official certification exam within 60 days of completing the course. Learners who are not successful at earning the credential will be given access to the course free of charge for an additional six months.
