Description
The Curso de Introducciˇn a Bases de Datos y SQL is a 5-week program with 2 weekly sessions of 2 hours each. This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of database management and manipulation.
Course Objectives
In this course, students will learn:
- Fundamentals of databases
- Installation and operation of MySQL
- SQL language
- Query structures
- Operators, clauses, and sentences
- Data manipulation
- Records and groupings
- Construction of a database model
- Advanced topics
- Referential integrity
Requirements
The only requirement for this course is basic knowledge of PC and Windows or Linux operating system.
Hardware Requirements
The minimum requirements are:
- OS: Windows 10
- CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 255 @ 3.1ghz or AMD A4 5300 / Intel core 2 duo e8400 or similar
- RAM: 4GB (6GB preferred)
The recommended requirements are:
- OS: Windows 10 Version 1903 or later
- CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 555 @ 3.2 ghz or AMD A8 5600 / Intel core i3 530 / Intel i3 2120 / Pentium dual core e5700 or similar
- RAM: 8GB
