Florence, Italy (Summer) Program

Develop your understanding of Italian history, culture, and religion while spending three weeks exploring the charming city of Florence. The program begins with a multi-day stay in Rome and includes visits to other cities and towns, such as Assisi, Pisa, Lucca, and/or Siena.

Courses & Credits

This program is open to all majors. Students choose one course for a total of 3 credits.

• RELS 200/300: Saints and Catholic Imagination (fulfils either RELS 200 or RELS 300 requirement; 3 credits)
• SOC 315/ART 402/ITAL 216/ITAL 316: Sociology of Diasporic Arts (3 credits)

Participants on this program will travel with a group of Manhattan University students and will be led by an MU faculty member.
