Introduction to Suffolk University's 4+1 Program
Suffolk University's 4+1 Program recognizes the accomplishments of top undergraduate business students by creating a streamlined pathway to an accelerated graduate business degree.
Program Overview
Qualifying students can earn the MS in Accounting (MSA) in as few as 9 months of full-time study or 21 months of part-time study. The MS in Business Analytics welcomes applicants from all academic backgrounds.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Accelerated Master's program, students must:
- Be a second semester senior earning an undergraduate degree in business or economics at a U.S. Institution
- Be a recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in business or economics at a U.S. Institution
- Have at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA
Program Benefits
The 4+1 Programs at Suffolk waive the prerequisite or preparation courses that the program of interest may require by using equivalent undergraduate coursework that has already been completed, with grades of B or better, to shorten the total length of the degree program. Additionally, if the program of interest requires the GMAT or GRE as part of the application process, students are eligible to waive the testing requirement component of their application.
Fellowship Awards
Top students will automatically be considered for merit-based fellowship awards. No separate application is required to be considered.
