Disability as Diversity Training
The Disability as Diversity training is a Badge Program created by the ODS Team at Suffolk University. This two-part program includes education around different kinds of disabilities, language, models of disability, identity, ablism, allyship, interaction, and how to help. The training is designed to give the recipient additional ways to approach their perception of access and disability and how to apply it.
