Program Overview
Certificate in Adult Learning
The Certificate in Adult Learning is offered to students who wish to pursue careers in adult learning and professional development in corporate, non-profit, and educational environments. Courses address strategies for engaging adult learners, creativity in the workplace, various principles and theories of adult learner development, EDIA+ in the workplace, program planning, and leadership. To complete the certificate, students must achieve a minimum GPA of 3.0 in 24 credits of Adult Learning coursework.
