MA vs. MFA Acting Programs
NYFA offers both MA and MFA acting programs, with the following key differences:
- The MA acting program is more liberal in its course overview, while the MFA acting program is strictly focused on acting itself.
- The MFA program takes longer to complete, typically three years, while the MA program is usually two years.
- The MFA program requires an extreme amount of dedication to the craft and a willingness to immerse oneself in the various facets of the art form.
Tuition and Fees
