- Have a household income of less than $60,000
- Participate in Blackburn's nationally recognized Work Program

- Freshman Students: 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Transfer Students: 2.0 GPA based on 24 hours of transferable credit
- Test scores are no longer required for admission, as Blackburn College went test-optional in 2021
