GPA Requirement

  • Overall GPA: 2.0 or higher

Certificate Requirements

  • Students must complete at least 6 credit hours in their Concentration from SRU.
  • A minimum of 6 credit hours must be upper division (courses numbered 300 and above)
  • A Certificate shall be no fewer than 12 credits.

    • HEMT 112: Introduction to HEMT (3 hours)
    • HEMT 114: Sustainability in Food and Hospitality (3 hours)
