Cybersecurity Bachelor's Degree Program

The Cybersecurity bachelor's degree program at American National University is designed to prepare students for a rewarding career in the network security industry. Program Overview

The program focuses on developing a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, methods, and best practices. Students will learn about security measures, vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, and implementation of effective network and infrastructure defense mechanisms. The program also covers advanced techniques such as biometric technologies, computer forensics, incident response, and disaster recovery.

Experiential Learning Track

Upon completion of one academic year, students can apply to pursue Experiential Learning. This requires students to maintain professional experience of at least five work hours per week related to their field of study during their enrollment. Successful entry into Experiential Learning requires an attestation from both the student and the student's supervisor.
