The Lakers Hockey Youth Girls Goalie Camp U13-U is a specialized training experience designed for young goaltenders looking to elevate their skills before the season begins. The camp is held over 5 days across 2 weeks and delivers focused, position-specific development led by current Lakers Women's Hockey Goalies and coaching staff.

• Time of day: 12pm-2:30pm (pickup by 2:45pm)

• Camp dates: Monday August 17, Wednesday August 19, Friday August 21, Monday August 24, Wednesday August 26

Program Structure

• 1.5 hours of on-ice goalie instruction focused on technique, crease movement, positioning, rebound control, puck handling, and save selection
• 1 hour of goalie-specific off-ice training focusing on strength agility, reaction work, hand-eye development, and movement patterns tailored to the demands of being a goalie

Additional Benefits

• Entry to their corresponding week of youth girls camp, providing more ice time, confidence-building opportunities, and fun (U13, U15, U18 - August 17-21)
