Program Overview

The Lakers Hockey Youth All Girls Skills Camp is a summer program designed for young female athletes to develop their hockey skills. The camp is led by current Nipissing Lakers Women's Hockey players and coaching staff.

Program Details

• Age Range: The camp is perfect for ages U13, U15, U18 (2008 - 2017 birth years).
• Time: The camp runs from 9am-12pm, with pickup by 12:15pm.
• Jersey Included: Yes, a jersey is included in the program.
• Camp Themes: Athletics, Sports, Hockey.

Daily Activities

Each day, campers can expect to have:

• 1.5 hours of on-ice training focused on skating technique, puck control, shooting, and passing.
• 1.5 hours of off-ice activities, including a snack break, dryland training, and games. Off-ice activities are age-appropriate conditioning, athletic development, and team-building activities that support on-ice performance.

• Build strong fundamentals.
• Improve individual skills.
• Foster a love for the game of hockey.
• Provide a supportive and energetic environment with hands-on instruction and positive mentorship.

Program Fee

• Fee: C$275.00.

• Camper Information: First name, last name, preferred pronouns, age during camp, date of birth, jersey size, medical requirements/food allergies.
• Contact Information: Primary contact first and last name, relationship to participant, phone number. Secondary contact first and last name, secondary contact phone number. Emergency contact first and last name, emergency contact phone number.
• Hockey Information: Skill level, current team (association), current position.
• Consent: Participants must agree to the consent listed on the parent portal.
