Program Overview

The Lakers Hockey Youth All Girls Skills Camp is a summer program designed for young female athletes to develop their hockey skills. The camp is led by current Nipissing Lakers Women's Hockey players and coaching staff.


Program Details

  • Age Range: The camp is perfect for ages U13, U15, U18 (2008 - 2017 birth years).
  • Time: The camp runs from 9am-12pm, with pickup by 12:15pm.
  • Jersey Included: Yes, a jersey is included in the program.
  • Camp Themes: Athletics, Sports, Hockey.

Daily Activities

Each day, campers can expect to have:


  • 1.5 hours of on-ice training focused on skating technique, puck control, shooting, and passing.
  • 1.5 hours of off-ice activities, including a snack break, dryland training, and games. Off-ice activities are age-appropriate conditioning, athletic development, and team-building activities that support on-ice performance.
