Program Overview

The Lakers Hockey Youth All Girls Skills Camp is a summer program designed for young female athletes to develop their hockey skills. The camp is led by current Nipissing Lakers Women's Hockey players and coaching staff.

Program Details

• Age Range: 4-10 years old (2016-2022 birth years) or U7, U9, U11
• Time: 9am-12pm (pickup by 12:15pm)
• Jersey Included: Yes
• Camp Themes: Athletics, Sports, Hockey

Camp Structure

• On-Ice Training: 1.5 hours per day, focusing on skating technique, puck control, shooting, and passing
• Off-Ice Activities: 1.5 hours per day, including snack breaks, dryland training, and games
• Off-Ice Activities Focus: Age-appropriate conditioning, athletic development, and team building activities to support on-ice performance

Tuition Fee

• Cost: C$275.00

• Camper Information: First name, last name, preferred pronouns, age, date of birth, jersey size, and medical requirements/food allergies
• Contact Information: Primary and secondary contact names, relationships, and phone numbers, as well as emergency contact information
• Skill Level: House League, AAA, or BBB
• Current Team and Position: Association and position played (forward, defense, or goalie)
