Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing
The Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program is designed for individuals with a non-nursing bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. This full-time, intense nursing program is geared towards self-motivated, organized, and dedicated students.
Program Details
- The program includes 62 credit hours of online didactic coursework, hands-on learning, simulation, and clinical experiences in various settings with clients across the lifespan.
- The program allows students to graduate practice-ready in as few as 16 months.
- The 16-month accelerated nursing curriculum spans four semesters, each consisting of online courses, hands-on labs, and clinical rotations.
- The program culminates in a capstone course designed to help students transition from nursing students to professional nurses, providing the skills required to be a nurse manager and leader.
Degree Plan
The degree plan consists of 62 credit hours of CCNE-accredited coursework, completed over four semesters.
