Diplomado en Design Thinking

The objective of this diploma is to identify market opportunities to generate innovative and high-value ideas and solutions for the business world and the end consumer, applying the Design Thinking methodology in different areas of the company, implementing creative thinking, innovation, and leadership strategies.

Target Audience

This diploma is aimed at leaders, directors, managers, entrepreneurs, and anyone who can benefit from knowing and applying the Design Thinking methodology to innovate, create, perfect, and/or improve high-value projects, processes, products, and/or services for organizations, companies, and institutions.

Duration

The diploma consists of 128 hours, divided into two 8-week modules, totaling four months.

Characteristics of the Diploma

• Modality: The sessions are 100% online and in Spanish.
• Educational Platform: CANVAS.

  • Synchronous (32 hours): The student attends classes at a set schedule, along with other participants.
  • Asynchronous (96 hours): The student completes individual or group learning activities supervised and evaluated by a professor.
• Sessions: One two-hour session per week with required attendance. All sessions are recorded on the educational platform for later consultation.

Graduate Profile

Upon completing the diploma, the student will be able to professionally apply the Design Thinking methodology to resolve problems, create, innovate, and provide high-value solutions required by companies, organizations, institutions, or entrepreneurship projects. This is achieved by strengthening creative capacities to analyze, empathize, ideate, prototype, and test high-value proposals in the face of future challenges, based on key administrative tools such as strategic planning, environmental analysis, financial analysis, prospecting, and leadership to achieve high-impact results.
