EmpowerHer: Leadership Development for Women

This course is designed for women leaders, whether mid-career, starting out, or experienced. It helps refine leadership skills, improve work-life balance, and boost self-awareness and positivity.

Course Content

The course is a guide to creating a personalized leadership plan aligned with goals and vision. Participants will gain heightened self-awareness, refined communication skills, and a boost to their resilience mindset.

Participants will:

• create a clear leadership plan and vision
• identify core values, true self, and unique saboteurs
• discover life purpose
• understand the power of goal setting in a new way
• communicate more effectively with others
• learn what limiting beliefs and patterns get in the way of goals and how to shift them

Instructor

Sheila Leclerc specializes in supporting leaders to live their definition of success. She has a background in hospitality management and adventure tourism and discovered her calling as a coach in 2011. Sheila has trained with Accomplishment Coaching and Positive Intelligence, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.
