HR Management Program
The demand for qualified HR specialists is growing rapidly. Effective personnel management is a strategic investment in the development of a company. Program Details
- The program starts on April 6th and consists of 10 sessions, held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:30 to 20:30.
- The program is conducted in Russian.
- The tuition fee for the program is 2,800,000 sum.

The program covers a range of topics, including:
- Introduction to Human Resource Management: This module examines the fundamental aspects of human resource management and its strategic significance for the effective functioning of an organization.
- Practical assignment: Participants will work on a practical case study to explore the key roles and functions of HR specialists.
- Job Analysis: This module explores the methodology of job analysis and job design, aimed at achieving organizational goals and enhancing employee motivation.
- Practical assignment: Participants will conduct an analysis of actual job descriptions.
- Employer Branding: This module discusses the concept of employer branding (HR brand) and methods for creating a positive image of the company in the labor market.
- Practical assignment: Participants will analyze the employer branding strategy for a selected organization.
- Recruitment: This module focuses on methodologies for identifying and attracting highly qualified candidates, as well as strategies for implementing an effective recruitment process.
- Practical assignment: Participants will apply analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of a recruitment campaign.
- Selection and Induction: This module examines the methodology of candidate selection and strategies for their effective integration into the workforce, aiming to optimize the adaptation period.
- Practical assignment: Participants will conduct a simulation of an interview, developing objective evaluation criteria for candidates, and present a structured plan for adapting new employees.
- Training and Development: This module focuses on employee training and development as a key factor in enhancing efficiency and stimulating professional growth.
- Practical assignment: Participants will develop a training program for a new position or direction in a company, using the methodology of needs analysis.
- Performance Management and Evaluation: This module concentrates on strategies for optimizing employee performance and methods for evaluating effectiveness to achieve maximum results.
- Practical assignment: Participants will apply a comprehensive system for evaluating employee effectiveness, using various methodologies.
- Compensation Systems, Benefits, and Motivation Programs: This module analyzes methods for developing effective compensation systems and motivation programs, aimed at increasing employee engagement.
- Practical assignment: Participants will develop a comprehensive compensation plan for employees of a model company.
- Calculation of Salaries Using Job Descriptions: This module is dedicated to the methodology of calculating salaries based on job descriptions, taking into account market norms and standards, using a point evaluation system.
- Practical assignment: Participants will calculate salaries for a series of positions in a model company, based on job descriptions and current market data.
- Presentation of Individual or Group Projects: Participants will demonstrate their individual and/or collective projects, illustrating the practical application of human resource management concepts. A final analysis and evaluation of the course results will be conducted.

Dr. Sitora Inoyatova – An expert with 15 years of experience in the field of higher education, specializing in human resource management, recruitment, and the international standard ISO 9001 "Quality Management Systems". She is also a co-author of the first report "Strategies and Practices of Human Resource Management in Uzbekistan" by the CRANET research network of Pennsylvania State University (USA).
