Admissions Requirements
To be eligible for the Master of Human Resource Management program, students must have:
- An Australian bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (for students without a business or related discipline)
- Meet the University's minimum English language requirements
English Language Requirements
Students must meet the University's minimum English language requirements for postgraduate coursework programs.
Fee Summary
The 2026 indicative fees for the Master of Human Resource Management program are:
- AU$4,440 per subject
- Total AU$53,280 for 12 subjects (12-course program)
- Total AU$71,040 for 16 subjects (16-course program)
Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF)
In addition to tuition fees, students will be charged an annual SSAF, which is used to maintain and enhance services and amenities that improve the student experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning
RMIT assesses each student's prior learning and qualifications to grant credit, allowing students to complete their online postgraduate degree sooner.
