Those who still rely on "the way we've always done it" are stuck with long wait times, firefighting, and high costs. Now, more than ever, well-thought-out operations make the difference between strategic ambitions on paper and performance in practice.

In the Operations Management Master Module, participants will delve into the design and management of operational processes. They will explore how strategy translates into choices about capacity, lead times, variability, service levels, and inventory. Using concepts from factory physics and practical planning and inventory models, constituents will learn to systematically analyze and improve production, service, and logistics processes.

The program features an online start moment, three physical training days, self-study, and a case study focused on the participant's own practice.

Costs and Financing
