Entry Requirements

Prospective students must meet the following admission criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
• May be required to undergo a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment and/or a pre-enrolment interview.
• Completion of ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology is mandatory.
• Demonstration of English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 overall with no band lower than 5.5, or equivalent through:

  • General English Advanced or equivalent

Assessment

Assessments are designed to allow learners to demonstrate the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the course through a range of practical tasks, adhering to required standards.

Award Requirements

Upon completion of all course units, students will receive the certificate for ICT60220 – Advanced Diploma of Information Technology. Candidates who partially fulfill the course requirements will obtain a "Statement of Attainment" for the units deemed competent.

Essential Information

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) / Credit Transfer

It is mandatory for all students studying VET courses in Australia to obtain a USI, which remains with the individual for life and is recorded with any completed nationally recognized VET course.

Orientation
