About Program

Program Overview

For more than a century, Johns Hopkins Engineering has been a driving force in the future of technology, health care, and engineering education. With more than 20 research centers and institutes, students tackle real-world challenges, learn, and create in cutting-edge labs, learning spaces, and design centers, under the mentorship of renowned scholars and scientists.
Johns Hopkins Engineering offers 16 master’s and 10 doctoral full-time degree programs on our Homewood campus in Baltimore, Maryland. The Whiting School of Engineering offers full-time master’s degrees in 22 engineering disciplines and part-time and online programs through the Engineering for Professionals program — including the hybrid “Home to Hopkins” (H2H) program giving international students the opportunity to jump-start their master’s coursework from anywhere in the world, then shift to on-campus studies at Johns Hopkins University (OPT eligibility).
