Master in Strategic HR and Change Management

• Minimum average grade of 70% in the main subjects of the degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of specialization of the program/master.

For professionals without a university degree:

• The requirement of a university degree may be waived for individuals with five years or more of relevant experience in the field of specialization of the program/master.
• However, candidates must also fulfill the specific entry requirements for the universities with which we collaborate.
• Applicants who do not meet the minimum academic requirements may be considered for admission based on their professional experience and other relevant factors.
• Candidates whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in the language by achieving a minimum score of 6.0 on the IELTS exam.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• Minimum score of 6.0 on the IELTS exam.
• Applicants who do not meet the minimum language proficiency requirements may be required to take an English language course before starting the program.
