Pau Servera

Founding partner of teocé consultores for more than seventeen years. As such, he participates in training and consulting activities aimed at improving his clients’ projects. He was trained in CCPM, and in the other techniques of TOC (Theory of Constraints) directly from his sources at the A. Goldratt Institute of which he was a Certified Associate for three years. He has a degree in Psychology from the Central University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Development Consulting from the Col·legi de Psicòlegs de Catalunya and the GR Institute of Israel. Throughout more than 30 years of professional activity, he has worked as a consultant, trainer and manager of companies, NGOs and the Public Administration.
