Diabetes CPD by Distance Learning

Course Description

The Diabetes CPD by distance learning is a short course that equips students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to specialize in diabetes care.

• The course is taught by the Department of Population Health Sciences.

Entry Requirements

• A second-class honors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Qualified professional status in medicine, nursing, or other recognized healthcare professions.
• At least two years of professional experience in a health or social care setting, preferably in the field of diabetes.
• English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

• UK students:
  • The course in 'Glycaemic Management' lasts four months and costs ｣1,895 (for courses starting before 1 August 2025) or ｣1,940 (for courses starting after 1 August 2025).
  • The other courses run for two months and cost ｣940 (for courses starting before 1 August 2025) or ｣965 (for courses starting after 1 August 2025).
• International students:
