It also includes industry experience, which features a 3-month mandatory internship.
During the second semester, additional components such as Impact Labs are accessed online through Talent LMS—ESEI's portal for online courses. The curriculum also includes a Final Business Project, Professional Report, and Professional Development, all conducted online.
What is ESEI’s attendance policy?
Students studying the Bachelor in Business Administration programme must attend at least 75% of all classes—in other words, at least 18 out of 24 sessions. They cannot miss more than 25% of their classes for any reason. Absences will only be justified for the observance of religious holidays. All medical appointments, family commitments, etc., should fall under the 25% allowed.
How are my module grades calculated?
Each module within the Bachelor in Business Administration programme is generally assessed through three components: an individual assignment or exam, a final assignment or group presentation (at the end of the course), and class participation throughout the course.
What additional support with my studies does ESEI provide?
We are here to support you, from your first day in the Bachelor in Business Administration programme until the day you graduate. The Academic Department is there to help with any issues you may have with your studies or life in Barcelona. If you are struggling with certain subjects, on-site tutors can be arranged at an extra cost.
If I fail a module or need to defer it due to extenuating circumstances, can I recuperate it later in the programme?
We know that sometimes it's hard to keep up with your studying, especially when you're juggling all the other things in your life. That's why we've made it as easy as possible for you to retake your modules. Within the Bachelor in Business programme, you can retake all assignments to ensure you pass your modules. However, please note that if this occurs, your grade will be limited to a pass grade (40%).
You will have two retake periods per academic year, one for the Fall semester and one for the Spring semester. If needed, you can also repeat modules whenever they are running again in the academic calendar, but this will incur an additional module cost so try to avoid this!
