The aim of this short course, Law, Post-Development and the Critique of Political Economy, is to engage you in a critical examination of the law, institutions and practices
which constitute global and local economies.
This postgraduate-level short course examines perspectives of the global development crisis and ‘post development’, drawing on economic anthropology, recent political thinking and social theory.
