Program Overview

The aim of this module is to provide you with the opportunity to synthesise and critically apply fiNAcial, resource management and business planning knowledge and skills in order to enhance and develop your service.

You will need to complete an induction prior to commencement of your first module. We have a comprehensive online induction package to welcome you to both the University and your programme of study. Alternatively classroom-based induction days take place at our Lancaster and Carlisle campuses and are usually scheduled for the first week of each semester.

The running of this module is dependent on there being sufficient numbers of interest.

Graduate destinations

This module can be taken on a stand-alone basis or as a module within the MSc/PgD/C Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care. The module can also be taken as part of our MSc Practice Development award.
