Program Overview

This module is tailored to aid health professionals in either receiving or providing high quality clinical supervision. You'll be able to explore both the theory and practice of being a clinical supervisor. This allows for a care environment which values and retains staff through the principles of support embodied in this module.

Clinical supervision is a recognised and valued professional development role which promotes the quality agenda. It is ideal for professionals who wish to gain further knowledge and skills in supporting and leading staff within their work area.
