Program Overview

The Master in Construction Management program equips graduates with global construction theories, design skills, and leadership abilities. It covers project management techniques, from planning to completion, and prepares students for careers in construction management, including positions such as project managers, engineers, and entrepreneurs. • Develop graduates' problem-solving skills using scientific and technological skills in the building industry, enabling them to assess the consequences of construction management decisions.
• Promote effective information management and lifelong learning to develop managerial and entrepreneurship skills in the construction management field.

• Career opportunities include positions such as beneficial plan constructor, chief leader for planning and controlling construction projects, problem-solving expert using technical and critical thinking skills, infrastructure and construction manager, and entrepreneurship skill developer.
• Job examples include building control surveyor, building services engineer, building surveyor, construction manager, estates manager, quantity surveyor, site engineer, sustainability consultant, and others.

• The program is offered under the Faculty of Engineering.
• Admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or its equivalent, and a minimum of two years of relevant working experience after graduation.
• The application process involves submitting a completed application form, academic transcripts, certificates, a statement of purpose, recommendations, and other required documents.
• Program duration is 18 months.
• Intakes occur three times per year, in January, June, and September.
