Program Overview
Introduction
This HND in Construction and the Built Environment builds on previous study completed in the HNC Construction and the Built Environment. The course is specifically aimed at providing a broad-based but highly relevant qualification is support of professional development across a wide range of construction roles including design, construction management, estimating, quantity surveying, facilities management and recycling. It is suitable for anyone who wishes to gain higher level professional qualifications or who want to move onto further study in higher education.
This course is delivered on a day-release basis over a period of one and a half academic years, students will normally progress from the HNC programme meaning that it will take three years to complete the full HND programme.
