Program Overview
Overview
This module is part of a Level 7 programme of CPD which is responsive to the changing nature of education. The module is ideal for senior leaders, emergent leaders and mid-career teachers wanting to expand their knowledge for future roles.
The School of Education offer this qualification in an educational climate reliant on established and emerging leaders. The module critically explores leadership models and how these are influenced by organisations. This will involve critical and evaluate self-analysis of the personal and professional development of the strategic leaders in the context.
You will consider your leader identity and explore your values, motivations and goals for developing and enhancing your strategic leadership. You will develop intra- and inter-personal awareness through critical reflection and reflexivity, and will evaluate your leadership style in terms of your impact on others and the organisational context.
