This four-month module aims to equip those who work in general practice and treatment rooms and who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in this area. It covers consultation skills and history taking in a general practice context, as well as the fundamentals involved in treatment room nursing, such as health promotion and ECG venepuncture. You will be classroom based for the taught sessions and will work alongside a clinical lead in practice to further develop the knowledge and skills learned.
