Course Overview
Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation degree focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time. This internationally accredited course with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) will develop your knowledge and understanding whilst building the necessary skills to work as a strength and conditioning practitioner.
We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis.
