Program Overview

This secondary Chemistry teaching degree provides graduates with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to teach Chemistry at a secondary level. Graduates are awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), which allows fast-track entry to master's courses. Trainees will also undertake a module concerned with the wider context of schools and education, which will develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for their first teaching post in a secondary school.
