Entry requirements
UK applicants
- Standard requirements: A minimum 2:1 undergraduate Bachelor’s (honours) degree
- Programme-Specific Requirements: Applicants need to have successfully completed the UK, EU & US Copyright Law Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) at merit level or above. Normally students are required to start the MA programme within 2 years of finishing the PGDip programme.
- 2:1 undergraduate degree in law/economics/related discipline, or be a qualified barrister or solicitor. Applications from candidates who have achieved a comparable academic level through past studies and where previous study, work or experience has made the applicant a suitable candidate for admission may also be considered.
- In order to meet the academic entry requirements for this programme you should have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree with a final mark of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme. If you are still studying you should be achieving an average of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme.
