Program Overview

This work-based learning program enables healthcare professionals at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust to earn academic credit for their Nightingale Award application. Through a portfolio of evidence, participants demonstrate their contributions to nursing or midwifery excellence, aligning with the Nightingale Pledge and GSTT Trust Values. The program fosters critical analysis, personal development, and prepares graduates for advanced roles in healthcare.
