Participants will gain a critical understanding of the basis for medical and dietary management of FGIDs, learn to adapt menus and recipes for a low FODMAP diet, and develop competence in integrating and interpreting evidence-based principles for FODMAP avoidance in various clinical situations. The course utilizes recorded lectures, interactive elements, and experiential learning activities, and is not formally assessed.

  • Participants will learn to adapt menus and recipes for a low FODMAP diet.

  • Participants will acquire knowledge on developing a care pathway for local delivery of a low FODMAP diet.
  • Participants will learn to plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of a low FODMAP diet for FGID patients.

  • All lectures are recorded, allowing for flexible pacing.
  • Live interactive sessions with experts are also offered, with recordings available for those who cannot attend.
