Program Overview

The MA by Research in Architecture and the Built Environment is a one-year (full-time) or two-year (part-time) research degree that offers students the opportunity to explore a research topic independently through a project while developing their research skills. Students work closely with a supervisory team and develop a research proposal outlining their work program. This program is suitable for individuals interested in pursuing research with a shorter time commitment than a traditional doctoral program.
