Program Overview
This course has been developed in response to the growing number of vacancies in technician roles in the process and manufacturing sectors. It is designed to equip graduates with the skills and competences to operate as instrumentation/calibration/automation technicians, roles that are increasingly in demand as the sector expands and new technologies develop.

Graduates of this course will be qualified for Engineering Technician roles. Typical roles will be Instrumentation/Calibration Technician, Electrical Instrumentation Technician, Maintenance Technician, Automation/Controls Engineer, in a variety of engineering industries such as pharmaceutical, food processing, oil and gas industry, waste-to-energy conversion and a wide rage of manufacturing plants.
