Program Overview

The Cancer Genomics and Data Science MSc program at Barts Cancer Institute equips students with the knowledge and skills to analyze and interpret genomic and other large-scale data in cancer research. The program covers topics such as cancer genomics, next-generation sequencing, bioinformatics, statistical analysis, machine learning, and clinical trials. Graduates are prepared for careers in academia, industry, and government, including roles as bioinformaticians, data analysts, computational biologists, and researchers.
