The Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership in Health & Care aims to develop compassionate & inclusive senior leaders at all levels and within the integrated care systems. It will equip senior leaders to tackle inequalities in services; become key decision-makers and to develop behaviours that will support a culture of learning. The Senior Leader will become central to setting and implementing the integration agenda, as well as having a collective responsibility for the sustainable use of resources. The course will enable the health and Social Care organisations to level out access to leadership development and this will enable learners to work with a wide range of other health and Social Care professionals. Apprenticeships work as a tripartite arrangement between the University of Essex, the apprentice and their employer.
