Sport and Exercise Nutrition (with a Foundation Year) BSc (Hons)

About

Explore relationships between nutrition and physical performance with our inter-disciplinary Sport and Exercise Nutrition degree. You will develop solid foundations in theory and practical skills, covering topics like:

Our Sport and Exercise BSc is designed in line with the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register’s (SENR) guidelines. Therefore, you will build crucial knowledge and skills for future employment.

Entry requirements

  • 48 UCAS points
  • Applicants must have a Level 3 in Biology, Human Biology, Science, or PE/Sport. The course lead will review applicants who do not meet this requirement, and applicants may be offered Sport and Exercise Nutrition with Foundation Year as an alternative.

Teaching methods

You'll be taught on our beautiful and historic campus located in Twickenham, London.


The modular structure of the degree allows you to tailor your degree to suit your needs and ambitions. We are committed to providing the very best teaching and look to continually use new, innovative approaches alongside more traditional methods.


Each module will be supported by an electronic learning site containing resources, distance learning materials, learning forums and feedback areas. This electronic learning site is considered to be an important component of course delivery and will help to foster a cohesive and scholarly community among students.
