About Program

Program Overview

Study a new subject and enhance your career prospects by completing a 120-point Graduate Diploma in Science (GDipSc).Your GDipSc can be as specialised or as broad as you choose. You can specialise in a subject by completing the 300-level requirements of one of our BSc majors, effectively gaining an extra major in a different discipline to the major you did in your Bachelor’s degree. Or, you can explore an interdisciplinary pathway and take courses from a range of subjects. If you are already working in the industry, the GDipSc is a great way to enhance your knowledge of the most recent developments in your area of interest. The GDipSc can be completed in two trimesters when studied full time, or in up to four years if you're studying part time. However, you may also be required to do preparatory studies and then your study would take longer. The GDipSc also prepares you for study at postgraduate level, such as the Bachelor of Science with Honours or the Master of Science.
