This programme builds your confidence and competence and develops your research skills. Available to study full-time over one year, or part-time over three years, you will be supported in applying new knowledge and skills to your current or future professional role.

In this programme, you’ll advance your knowledge and experience of teaching, learning and assessment, as well as develop an understanding of evidence-based approaches in clinical education. Throughout the programme, which incorporates four modules and a dissertation, you will collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of healthcare professions.

Your dissertation will showcase your ability to design, conduct and write up a project on a topic associated with the masters programme. You’ll demonstrate self-direction, originality and an ability to act independently in the planning and implementation of project skills at an advanced professional level. You’ll have to successfully accumulate a minimum of 180 credits to be awarded a masters degree.
