Program Overview

This 16-week full-time or 32-week part-time program equips individuals with discipleship and leadership skills for church ministry. It covers modules on personal transformation, discipleship principles, leadership, evangelism, and church health assessment. Graduates are prepared for roles in churches across Alberta, including mentoring, ministry skills, and pastoral care.

• Examines theological principles and practical strategies for evangelism and discipleship.

• Covers Ministry Assessment principles and practices for thorough needs assessments.

• The program is offered in Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters.
• A practicum is included in the program.
• The training cost is CAD $10,000.00.
• The program is designed for applicants who are 16 years of age or older and reside in Alberta.
• Applicants should be staff or leaders in a Church Ministry with a passion for Church Ministry.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be able to commit to 16 weeks of training and participate in full-time employment upon completion.
• The program is intended for employers with current or potential employees who need training to fill positions.
