This 16-week full-time or 32-week part-time program equips individuals with discipleship and leadership skills for church ministry. It covers modules on personal transformation, discipleship principles, leadership, evangelism, and church health assessment. Graduates are prepared for roles in churches across Alberta, including mentoring, ministry skills, and pastoral care.
