The University Diploma in Leadership and Management forms part of Worcester Business School's "Leading to Excellence" Management development programmes. It is the ideal programme for practising and aspiring managers and leaders. This programme is specifically aimed at team leaders, first-line and junior managers, those aspiring to their first time management position or wanting some formal management development to prepare them for their next challenge.
