Program Overview

This short course introduces the practice of mediation as a dispute resolution method. It develops and encourages the use of mediation skills in situations where effective communication is crucial. The course includes face-to-face learning, pre-work, homework, and two assessments: a practical mediation role play and a reflective essay. Students will be taught by an experienced mediator and have access to on-campus and online resources.
