English Plus Internship

About this course

Our internship programme is the ideal option for our students who want to improve their future career prospects by gaining valuable experience to include on a CV. This course combines a minimum of four weeks’ language study with a guaranteed unpaid internship of minimum eight weeks with real, hands-on work experience. Our students have the flexibility to choose any course from our comprehensive selection for the duration of 4 weeks or more. For the internship programme we cooperate with partner organisations who are specialised in the area of recruitment.

Standard option:

• Company placement in areas such as marketing, reception, administration, retail, food & beverage, HR and accounts
• Certificate of completion

Premium option:

• Customised internship placement in a variety of fields

• Comprehensive support leading up to, during, and following the internship

We cooperate with partner organisations specialised in the area of recruitment. Former placements have included the following sectors:
Accounting, Administration, Architecture, Beauty, Preschool Education, Engineering (Limited places – 6 months or more), Environmental, Digital Media Marketing, Food & Beverage, Hairdressing, Hotels, Horticulture, Human Resources, Information Technology, Journalism, Landscaping, Law (Limited places – 3 months or more), Logistics, Marketing, Mechanics, Non Profit Organisations, Publishing, Retail, Sales, Sound Engineering, Telecommunications, Tourism.

Non-EU students registering with Immigration for a 25-week programme are eligible for the internship option during their official holiday periods.

Remote internship options

Remote internship options are also available.

Duration

• EU students: a minimum of 4 weeks’ English language course
• Non-EU students: a minimum of 25 weeks’ English language course
• Students with a WH visa: a minimum of 12 weeks’ English language course
• A standard Internship placement is 8 weeks, up to a maximum of 6 months

• Maximum 14, Average 9

Tuition

• 20 x 60 minute group tuition per week or 26 x 60 minute group tuition per week, depending on the chosen language course
