Program Overview

The Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour (LOB) PhD program at Henley Business School aims to develop independent thinkers with strong research skills. The four-year program includes coursework in research methods and a dedicated research proposal in the first year, followed by two years of thesis completion. Graduates are prepared for careers in academia, research-intensive organizations, and other fields requiring advanced research skills.
